fundcraft is a fast-moving fintech / regtech start-up with a dedicated team of investment fund experts, developers and data scientists who believe in technology’s disruptive impact.

The challenges you’ll help to tackle
You will have the opportunity to be an integral part of fundcraft’s operations team in a fast-paced work environment.
You will assist in the general accounting management of several companies in Luxembourg.
Within the team, you will report to the Head of Finance:
- You will handle the preparation of accounts payable (AP) – including:
- Invoice approval coordination
- Handling bookkeeping of AP
- Processing payments and preparing bank transfers
- Following up on bank accounts and contacts with the bank - You will prepare bank reconciliations
- You will take care of cash analysis report preparation
- You will be handling the day‐to‐day bookkeeping including, but not limited to:
- Prepaid, accruals
- Payroll related entries (recharges) - You will update intercompany loan matrix & prepare interests calculations
- You will prepare financial statements under supervision of the Senior Accountant
- You will manage the general company administration including eCDF, e-RCS, VAT & CIT filings
- You will participate in financial projects when required
- You will assume additional responsibilities as delegated by the Senior Accountant and the Head Finance

Who you are
- You hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent
- You have 0 to 3 years of working experience in Accounting
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. The knowledge of German/French/Spanish will be an asset
- You are familiar with Luxembourg GAAP
- You are proficient in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- You have a strong motivation to work in a dynamic environment
- You are attentive to detail and accurate
- You show flexibility, proactivity and a “can do” attitude
- You have good analytical, organizational & prioritization skills
- You are able to work to tight deadlines under pressure, while maintaining close attention to detail
- You ideally have the knowledge of an accounting system
- Finally, you have an amazing sense of humor :)
