fundcraft is a fast-moving fintech / regtech start-up with a dedicated team of investment fund experts, developers and data scientists who believe in technology’s disruptive impact.

The challenges you’ll help to tackle
You will have the opportunity to be an integral part of fundcraft’s operations team in a fast-paced work environment.
Within the team, you will report to the Head of Finance:
- You will manage a portfolio of clients and be responsible of their periodic & year-end closings, financial statements and other regulatory reporting
- You will prepare Corporate Tax returns and VAT returns
- You will handle enquiries of auditors and tax inspectors as well as internal accounting-related cases
- You will ensure the accuracy and quality of the financial statements prepared by (junior) accountants
- You will coach and guide (junior) accountants who work on the same portfolio as yourself
- You will report on the needs and demands of clients
- You will actively participate in internal projects

Who you are
- You hold a diploma in Accounting, Audit/Finance, Law, or equivalent
- You have a professional experience of 3-5 years in an audit firm, services provider or similar
- An experience in a Fund/Corporate role with client facing will be considered as an asset
- You are familiar with Luxembourg GAAP & IFRS. US GAAP is an asset
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. The knowledge of German/French/Spanish will be an asset
- You show relationship and communication skills enabling you to evolve in the team
- You are capable and eager to take initiative
- You are methodical, organized and rigorous
- You are able to prioritize workload and manage several tasks
- You are dynamic and proactive
- You display a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Finally, you have an amazing sense of humor :)
