Voting Rights & Shareholder Engagement

fundcraft (the “AIFM”) adheres to the rules laid down in the AIFM Directives and their implementing measures. The AIFM has adopted a policy regarding the exercise of voting rights and shareholder engagement attached to the financial instruments held by the funds under management. The AIFM has a strategy for determining when and how voting rights attached to ownership of a fund’s investments are to be exercised for the exclusive benefit of the fund. A summary of this strategy as well as the details of the actions taken based on this strategy in relation to each fund may be obtained from the AIFM upon request.

The AIFM expects that the participation to annual general meetings and extraordinary general meetings of the Portfolio Companies, the exercise of the voting rights and the conduct of other engagement activities, thereof are assessed to be in the direction of long-term maximisation of AIFs value, while ensuring an acceptable risk level.
