We’re pleased to share that fundcraft has secured growth funding from Riverside Acceleration Capital (RAC), the growth-stage investment arm of The Riverside Company. This investment supports our next phase of development as demand for institutional-grade fund operations continues to accelerate across European private markets.
Private markets continue to increase in scale and complexity, placing growing demands on asset managers across regulatory compliance, investor onboarding, reporting, and back-office operations. Traditional fund administration models remain heavily manual and fragmented, creating operational risk and limiting transparency. At the same time, institutional investors and regulators are raising expectations around automation, accuracy, and access to real-time data.
At fundcraft, we’ve been building a digital-native operating model designed for this reality: combining regulated service delivery with a unified platform that brings fund operations into one digital, integrated experience and operating system. This investment is a strong endorsement of our strategy and long-term vision.
Accelerating product development, AI deployment, and expansion into new fund domiciles and market segments
Through a growing client base that has increased by more than 70% in 2025, we are experiencing a strong growth momentum. To further fuel this momentum, and alongside the recent entry into France, fundcraft is accelerating its geographic expansion while pursuing its vision to transform the fund industry’s operating model. The investment by RAC is intended to support this expansion into a new fund domicile and to further strengthen fundcraft’s continued investment in technology and AI deployment across its platform, to respond to unprecedented demand from institutional asset managers.
We remain focused on a simple goal: helping fund managers scale without operational friction.
