LUXEMBOURG — 17 February 2026 — fundcraft, Europe’s digital-native fund operations provider, today announced that it has been appointed to support the Luxembourg fund structures of IPR.VC, a London and Helsinki based investment firm specialising in financing of premium film and television content.

The partnership marks IPR.VC’s expansion into Luxembourg from Finland and reflects a broader trend among Nordic asset managers selecting Luxembourg as a platform for international growth, following similar moves by firms such as Lifeline Ventures.

Fundcraft will provide central administration and AIFM services for IPR.VC’s Luxembourg structures*, leveraging its integrated digital operating model combining regulated services, proprietary technology and hands-on operational expertise.

IPR.VC is an investor in Marty Supreme, a film starring Oscar-nominated actor Timothée Chalamet, produced and distributed in collaboration with A24. The film has already attracted significant attention for its distinctive creative direction and cultural resonance and has become A24’s highest-grossing release at the domestic box office.

To mark the start of the partnership, fundcraft is organising a company-wide initiative encouraging its approximately 150 employees across Europe to attend cinema screenings of Marty Supreme, as a collective gesture of support for its client and the creative work it backs.

Joonas Pönniö, Chief Operating Officer at IPR.VC, said:

Luxembourg is a natural next step in the evolution of our investment platform. It provides institutional and professional investors efficient access to our established Media & Entertainment fund strategies, built on long-standing relationships with leading studios, content, and intellectual property. Fundcraft’s integrated operating model strengthens our ability to deliver timely distributions, high-quality reporting, and institutional-grade fund administration as we scale assets under management and expand our international investor base.

Alexandre Dumont, Country Head Luxembourg at fundcraft, said:

“We are seeing a growing number of Nordic managers choosing Luxembourg as a long-term platform for international expansion. IPR.VC’s move reflects that trend. Our role is to provide a predictable, digital and institutionally robust operating model that allows managers to focus on their strategy, while we take responsibility for execution.”
